Swiss Real Estate Portfolio
Actium, through its subsidiary ImmoMentum AG, holds a Swiss real estate portfolio comprising more than 900 apartments, commercial properties and serviced apartments. In its capacity as portfolio manager mandated by ImmoMentum AG, Actium actively administers and manages the properties. Information regarding the portfolio is available on immomentum.ch.
Actium is always looking to acquire additional properties and real estate portfolios in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, focusing on residential properties at locations with good transport links.
Glebe Farm Project
Actium, through its international holding company Actium International AG, holds a stake in a development project in Taunton, Somerset, United Kingdom. The Glebe Farm plot encompassing a surface area of 65 hectares was acquired in 2019 from the Crown Estate.
Actium and its co-investors envisage the construction of high quality rural residential houses as part of the "Glebe Farm Global Vision", while preserving ecologically rich pasture and green spaces as well as recreational areas.
