Actium was founded in 2014 for the purpose of building a stake in ImmoMentum AG which was at that time listed on BX Swiss. In 2017, Actium was the lead investor co-ordinating the leveraged going private of ImmoMentum AG by way of a public offer to all shareholders and a subsequent de-listing. Since then, Actium has made further investments and built up a diversified investment portfolio.
